EnviroCentre is a non-profit organization based in Ottawa, dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and making homes more affordable to run. For more than 25 years, we’ve partnered with governments, utilities and communities to deliver practical climate solutions.
We are the only authorized delivery partner of the Save on Energy: Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge Gas Home Winterproofing Program in Eastern Ontario, and we have the expertise to help households save money and cut emissions.
We have served
over 18,000 households across the region since 2022.
Our work has saved over 15,000,000 kWh of electricity and over 1,400,000 m3 of natural gas.

No one should have to choose between heating their home and putting food on the table. But for thousands of Ontarians, especially those in older homes or on fixed incomes, this is a daily reality.
Energy poverty means struggling to afford basic energy needs. At EnviroCentre, we are working to change that. Through our energy affordability programs, we help households reduce energy use, lower costs, and live more comfortably — all while building a healthier future for our communities.
