Power Up is a multilingual, community-based outreach program that helps residents overcome language and cultural barriers when accessing home-energy efficiency programs. Through trusted Energy Ambassadors, we provide education, application support, and end-to-end guidance for programs like the Energy Affordability Program (EAP) and the Home Winterproofing Program (HWP).
